The Attitudinal Foundations of Mindfulness Practice

Click here to download The Seven Attitudinal Foundations of Mindfulness — these are the foundations laid down by Jon Kabat-Zinn, the guru of secular mindfulness in the west. I’ve taken the liberty of expanding on them and providing some helpful explanations for you.
