All right, it’s time!
We’ve gathered our data on our values and our dreams, we’ve considered the research on goals, we’ve explored the things that make us happy and joyful, and we’ve done some deep breathing and observing. It’s time to set some intentions.
Remember, don’t worry about “getting it right.” As they said in the movie City Slickers, “Your life is a do-over!” You can ALWAYS come back and revise!

Declare Your Intention
Research says when we publicly state our intentions and goals, we are more likely to work toward them and accomplish them. As with exercise and dieting, accountability is a powerful motivator! Feel free to share your intentions here with our group by commenting below, or in the Facebook group.
If you don’t want to declare your intentions here (which is totally fine!!), perhaps post your intentions in your office, your bedroom, or share them with your partner or a good friend.
