Logistics and Course Information

Before we get started, I want to share some important information about the course — how it works and what you can expect.

Lesson Availability
Beginning January 9th, on each Monday a new lesson module will open up for you to access. You will have access to an entire week of content at once, so you may work through the individual lessons at your own pace throughout the week.

**The first week is an exception to this: the content will be “dripped” during the week so that we may ease into the powerful work of week one!

Many people find it helpful to bookmark this main course page so it’s easy to return to.

As you complete each item on the lesson, you can check off the item as shown in the image below:

Then you can easily see on the left-hand menu which components of the course you have completed:

(note: if you are accessing this on January 9, you will only have the first few lessons showing up on your menu).

Community
You have the option to join our private Facebook group to connect with other participants!

This component of the course is completely optional, and no content will be shared on Facebook that will not also be available here. But a lot of powerful sharing can happen there!

To join, click on this link and then click on the “Request to Join” button. I need to manually approve each request, so please allow a few hours for me to respond. If your name on Facebook does not match the name you used when you registered, please email me and let me know!

The Facebook group is currently set to “closed,” which means people can find the group by searching, but they cannot see anything posted in the group. The posts will appear in your Facebook timeline, but your friends will NOT be able to see them (unless they are also in this class!)

Materials Needed
Many lessons will include downloadable “fun sheets” (because no one likes “worksheets!”) I encourage you get a Brilliant Binder for the course where you can keep track of your fun sheets. You may also wish to have a journal for reflecting on your practice.

Many people find it helpful to have a cushion for meditation. You don’t need a fancy one — a pillow or blankets will do!

Weekly Coaching Calls
Throughout the week, you can submit questions to me via the Facebook group or email. On the course menu on the left-hand side of your screen, there will be a link labeled “Coaching Call” for each weekly module. All coaching calls will take place on Fridays at 10am CST. The calls will generally last an hour and will include guided practice, additional instruction, and time for Q&A. All calls will be recorded and available on the website, so if you can’t make it in “real time” you will still be able to access the recording.

Technical Issues
If you have technical problems with the course, please email me. I will respond to your concern within 24 hours.

Refund Policy
I want you to have a great experience in this course. If, however, you discover by the end of the first week that this course isn’t for you, isn’t what you expected, or just plain isn’t working for you, please email me and you will receive a full refund. Refund requests must be sent via email to me by midnight Central Time (CST) on Sunday, January 15th. No refunds will be issued after that time.

Intellectual Property
I respectfully ask that you keep this material for your personal use only, and not share it with others who are not part of the course. This course has been developed entirely by me, and is copyrighted material.

Registration
