Stress and Retroactive Practice
So what happens when we lose it? When we DON’T parent from that place of calm and insight and wisdom?
In the following video, I explain a bit more about stress in general (what it is and how we can work with our stress), and I also walk you through what is called “retroactive practice.” This is a more reflective type of practice where you can bring awareness to an event after it has happened, and ponder the different ways you could have handled the situation.
